Customer satisfaction is important to RegMar Jewelry.  We want our customers to be pleased with their purchase.  We will accept returns within 14 days of your receipt, if you are not completely satisfied.  You will be credited the price of the returned item, excluding shipping and handling fees, less a 10% re-stocking fee, provided the condtion upon return is the same as when shipped to you.  Please make sure all returns are properly packaged to prevent any damage during shipping and enclose a copy of the original invoice/packing slip noting the reason for return.  We recommend all returns be insured against loss and shipping damages.  We will not issue credit for items not received or damaged in transit to us. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive the return to process your credit.  Credit will be returned using the original payment method of purchase.

Please notify us immediately if you receive a damaged item, in order for us to file a claim with the shipper. 

Return Policy

If the item you ordered is defective when it is received, it may be returned within 14 days from the date you receive it.  If possible, the defect will be corrected or the item replaced and returned to you at no additional charge.  If the defect is unrepairable and we are unable to replace the item, you will be credited in full for your purchase.  No refunds will be made without return of the item.  If the item, at our discretion, is not deemed defective the claim will be denied.  Items returned after the 14 day return period will not be eligible for credit.  Please allow up to 14 days for processing of credits.  Credits issued will be refunded using the original method of payment.

Please Note:  Due to the very nature of gemstones, there will be inherent differences in the stones.  This is not considered a defect but a characteristic of the natural beauty and wonder of the earth's geology.
